NFA Letters
During the Site Remediation process, the homeowner will be required to complete and sign a certification form for each report submitted to the NJDEP.
Certified Environmental is licensed by the NJDEP to provide comprehensive remediation and reporting services for properties that have had leaking heating oil tanks. We perform all fieldwork, sciences, and reporting in-house, thereby keeping costs down.
We will also provide assistance with obtaining a grant from the State of New Jersey’s Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade, and Closure Fund. We will complete the application on your behalf and provide guidance every step of the way through the grant process.
Certified will also work with your insurance company to complete any necessary remediation covered by homeowner’s insurance. Additionally, as a Proguard certified contractor, Certified is eligible to perform all remediation covered by Proguard Insurance.
Certified will perform all necessary remediation and reporting in a timely manner to address all state and local regulations. We have many years of experience and a proven track record of obtaining No Further Action letters from the NJDEP for homeowners and businesses.
