Our Team
Peter Lordy
Peter holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and has worked in the environmental field since 1984, beginning his career with the Federal EPA’s RCRA program. With more than 30 years of experience, he has managed a broad range of projects across New Jersey, including Superfund work, industrial and commercial investigations, and residential site evaluations. His background spans CERCLA-driven assessments, hazardous materials oversight, and complex subsurface and compliance investigations.
Peter is a trained asbestos removal supervisor and is licensed by the NJDEP for closure, subsurface evaluation, and radon measurement. He is Roth Certified and a voting member of ASTM International, and he maintains 40-hour hazmat trainer status through Rutgers’ annual certification program. NJDEP License #207264 & US 243905.
Jason Elliott
Jason is an environmental scientist with over 30 years of experience working on environmental projects in New Jersey. He has extensive experience dealing with issues such as leaky residential oil tanks, commercial/industrial soil groundwater contamination, NJDEP regulated sites (gas stations, dry cleaners, etc..), radon testing and mitigation, Phase I & II due diligence environmental site assessments, and mold investigations.
Jason is an LSRP (Licensed Site Remediation Professional) in good standing with the NJDEP, NJDEP licensed as a subsurface evaluator and for tank closure, NJDEP licensed as a Radon Measurement Specialist, and certified as a residential/commercial mold investigator and remediator.
